It was a warm and friendly experience. There weren't very many people because of Covid so we liked that! Crowds still give me the creeps. Our family has lost a few members from the Virus!
Rented out the whole theater for $99..such a great private safe place to hang with family during covid!
Awesome experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I haven't been to a movie theater in like 9 years. One of the staff members saw me asking tons of questions and she walked over to help me and my 2 grandkids out. I believe she was the concession manager. They were all very very nice to us. Awesome customer service
Waited in concession line for over 20 minutes and left line with appx 10min left to wait not to miss movie. Went back midway through movie, and concession closed. Explanation from staff was opposite of sympathetic. Awful service for wait time and hospitality after spending $60++ for family to watch IMAX show. Will not return.
It was my first time at the movies in a year. I truly enjoyed the comforts and the movie but not so much of the commercial. I do understand though that that is another method to sell movies to the general public during these Covid tomes.
A good place to watch the latest movies and a much better experience than watching at home.
Do you or a loved one suffer from terrible driving. You are in luck. The AMC Elmwood Palace 20 now offers over 10000 sqft of empty parking lot. Parallel, turning, and parking. Good luck and safe driving.
Prices are way too high popcorn 11 bucks hot dogs are 7 bucks and a soda is 6 bucks
