AMCS

Absolutely the most unorganized group I have dealt with. They supplied me with wrong dates/times for the HOA meeting (probably since I had evidence of their neglect), blamed several of the violation notices and fines on a computer issue (there was no violation only a "computer glitch") and can't seem to update mailing addresses even after 4 attempts. Any attempt to call them leads to long hold times or no answer, and when you finally get through the person that can help you is on vacation. They don't seem to be very consistent with who they write violations for, always a handful of the same people. They don't take care of their amenities (the lake and pool) and write violations for the very same things their amenities fail for. They have never managed to handle the pool key/FOB situation in a manner that works, the pool is typically open weeks before anyone can get a key especially after payment. Definitely considering moving away and being rid of these clowns that call themselves a management group.

I have worked with AMCS as a Vendor for about 20 years. I found the entire staff pleasant and very responsive. They excersise the proper due diligence when reviewing proposals for work in their managed communties. Recently, they began managing our community and so far, the service is exceptional.

AMCS is the caring, team oriented group of professionals i have ever come across, they are always helping out in the community, they are people who make you feel proud of being a part of their company. We here at My Sister's house have benefited tremendously over the years because of their generosity. thank you AMCS,

As a tenant of AMCS for 10 years I have nothing but positive comments regarding the manner in which we are treated and the professional staff that we deal with. The ownership group has always addressed the maintenence and appearence to assist and make our location customer friendly and appealing and that in todays rental enviornment is most appreciated and pleasurable. There has always been this "how can we make things better" hands on approach by the Kerrs and their staff that we so appreciate.

In December of 2016 we, Hannah Solar Government Services (HSGS) designed and installed 2 solar PV systems for AMCS, Inc. A 101-kW system on the New Mall Building in North Charleston, SC and a 7.37- kW system on the James Towne Village Clubhouse/ office. It was a pleasure to work with the AMCS team. Communication with the AMCS president, Jamie Kerr was seamless. Anytime we required information, documents, or payments the AMCS team was able to provide them in a more than timely manner. The AMCS team communicated with the tenants of their properties when it was time for us to install their solar PV systems to ensure they were aware of the construction and could plan accordingly. As a result of the impeccable communication and involvement from Kerr and the AMCS team from the initial contact to the final commissioning of AMCS’s solar PV systems we were able to complete the installation in a shorter time than expected. We appreciate doing business with AMCS and hope to work with them again in the near future.
