DO NOT GO HERE !! So I booked a room for one night and for one the room and shower is extremely small. There's a smell, but not very strong. I woke up the next morning and seen a roach and reported it to front desk and they basically kind of shrugged it off like it wasn't anything. And I realized after I left that I have bite marks, which indicated that they have bed bugs as well. And I'm pretty sure their housekeepers don't change the bed sheets 65 dollars gone to waist honestly.
Definitely not a fancy hotel, good for a quick overnight stay when you need it. Second time staying and the single bed room is way better in my opinion. Slight issue with the shower, very hard to adjust the temperature but other than that its okay.
This is the worse Hotel I been to. It needs to be condemned. I found a bag with garbage in it under a chair, while I was talking a shower the tub filled up with water. The tub was dirty as well. The next morning as I was waking up I seen a cockroach crawling on the wall. The walls has mold on them. Shame on them. Never will I stay there again! Didn't want to even give it a raiting but I had to in order to post first.
Alright let me get real specific so you can decide if this is the place for you. On first visit into the room we found blood stains and strewn cables carelessly swept across the room. We had two rooms and needed one for activities, so we asked the front desk if we could move the beds and they told us it was alright. After leaving to sightsee, we got a call that said the maids saw us move the beds and it was not okay. Having two no disturb signs didnt stop them from invading our privacy and wasting our time. The atmosphere consists of paper thin walls, cigarette smoke, and dirty floors. Unless youre looking for someone to play the same stupid lick on a sitar all night, this is not the place for you.
The staff is really nice but the jets tub and the shower were both filthy... I paid $100 for the room and me and my boyfriend spent most of the night cleaning... The house keeping staff had gone home at 6. I am pretty sure that people live at this hotel and also prostitution is very evident.there is no complimentary breakfast and for $100 you normally get waffles sausage bacon and eggs at least. As well as the cold items like bagels and toast... Big issue is BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not illergic to them but apparently my friend is... She had 407 while i had 307... Management is aware of the bedbugs i called and one of the female managers said not all the rooms have bedbugs and also for my friend to bring in a doctors note for the bedbugs...
The Filthiest place i have ever had the misfortune of walking into. During vacation i rented a single room for the night, the hallways reeked of a smell i cant place, the bedroom was dirty the bathrooms looked like the belonged in a gas station. all the furniture had stain on them. i asked for another room he said that all he had. called a cab and took me to another hotel. Mind you i didn't even spend the night in the room so much as 15 min 10 of which were in the lobby asking for another room. when i was leaving i expected my money back. no such luck, while the group of guys on the couch laughed. it must be a running joke there. Above all else not to forget to mention the prostitutes and transvestites that were walking in as i was in the front desk waiting for the cab with my 3 large suitcases.
Very Quiet atmosphere. However there was a new clerk at the front desk the morning of the 15th, i had never seen this woman before, and she has a nasty attitude. Also very rude to the Housekeeping. Other than that the guys who works there as clerks at the front desk are very neat and super courteous.
The smell in the hallway was really unbearable. It smelled like a dead body. Received very awkward stares from entire families who took it upon themselves to sit in the lobby silently for hours and people had to microwave their food in the lobby while getting stared at there was supposed to be a microwave in each room. The room had a caved in ceiling, horrible water pressure, the washcloths were still in the bathtub from the previous guests and there was a lot of dirt and hair in the Jacuzzi which was pretty small and not worth the money. Jets were weak and/or not working. I only went to this one because ABVI gave it a higher rating than the one I normally go to, but turns out that it's much lower in value. I gave it two stars because it's in a decent, quiet area and the TV was nice.
Not very good cable kept going out and I asked for more towels and they didn’t bring them. And the room was so hot I had to open all the windows . I couldn’t turn off the heat because there was no thermostat in the room to turn it off. Then when the heat went off it stayed off and then got very cold. Not staying there again.
I'm not really sure where to start. I will have to agree with the other reviewer who said that you should only stay here if you are short on cash and need somewhere to go. I know it's cheap, but I think aside from the sheets, sink, and toilet, it would be cleaner to sleep outside. The floors looked they had been swept, right into the corners of the room. The carpet was dark and the walls stucco, a definite pro because it hid most of the dirt from plain sight. Everything had stains, the grout in the bathroom varied from light grey to black. There was a definite "essence" in the air; cigarette smoke with a hint of la lechuga diablo. Opening the window does help until your neighbor opens theirs because they are hotboxing too hard. You can't even run the A/C because it reeks of smoke. The walls are also paper thin, so I had to listen to some people go at it and someone play an instrument until after 3 am. After voicing my complaints to the last at the front desk, she started backpedaling saying, "I think you can be happy here." I asked for a refund.
