This company has been closed down for expired medications! I see so much reviews about this company and the Groupon because I myself happened to be a victim and now I can see why! He steals our money. I just don’t understand why there’s a Groupon for this place if we can’t even use anything with no physical DOCTOR on site !
I have been going for laser hair removal. Diane has been so friendly & kind. I was nervous going in but she explained the process & checks in along the way to see how I am doing pain-wise. She told me from the beginning it might take a while to notice a difference since hair grows in cycles. But after 1 treatment I already noticed a significant difference. I felt much more relaxed going in for my 2nd treatment. I can’t wait to see how it is after all 6 treatments are complete. I highly recommend this office and their staff!
Diane is always friendly and she’s very knowledgeable about every treatment I’ve had. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Everyone there cares about giving you the best experience and the best results.
Diane was amazing. Very warm and personable and informative. I’m bringing my daughter to her to try her first facial. Will definitely be returning
I bought 3 EMS sculpt treatments on Groupon and they won't let me use them. I was told they have no DR right now. They told me that they will still honor them if they "expire" but I didn't trust that. Since my Groupon expires june 1st I just got refunded. I think this maybe a scam as they are still running these EMS sculpt deals knowing that they aren't/can't fulfill them. They are still selling EMS sculpt Groupons even though they won't allow redemption. They led me on for 6 months.
I bought a Groupon on April 27 to have a procedure done for spider veins that is on a special and still on Groupon today May 5th 2022. I called for days finally on Monday the a woman answered the phone. She told me the company has NO doctor on site to perform the procedure. I can't get my money back. The person who answered the phone told me to call weekly for updates!! Why would I do this. They took my money and now I am spending time to resolve this. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!. They don't deserve one star but I can't post this without one.
All around great experience. Diane the aesthetician was lovely & the front desk staff was both informative & fun to chat with. I will be back regularly for skin care. I already made 2 follow up appts.
My first time here And I'll have to say is great things about this place. Starting at the front desk and ending with the nurses and Doctor was a great experience—a very professional And the comfortable environment. Explain Everything very clear about the procedure And health insurance.
I’ve been twice and had facials with both heather and Diane, and would highly recommend. They tailor every facial to your current needs, relaxing, clean, up to date facility!
I had a facial with Diane in Lincoln. It was the most pleasurable experience! My skin feels so soft with a more youthful appearance. Diane and staff were so warm and friendly. I will definitely be going back for more facials.
