American Cab

I called American Cab Company to pick up my son from the airport and take him 48 miles away. Cowboy showed up on time, was kind a courteous and helped my son out. I can’t say enough kind words to show my appreciation to this hard working man with a kind heart. Thank you Cowboy and thank you American Cab Company for showing up and doing your job well.

The driver made the utmost effort to get me to an appointment that I had started out late to. I was late, but he did all he could to help.

They take good care of you and all about making their customers happy.. especially regulars. By far best transportation service in Huntsville. Much cheaper than Uber / Lyft and don't even bother calling the other cab service they're so rude and literally won't even pick you up if your trip won't cost a fortune just leave you waiting.

They never answer their phone, and when they do it's always a 45- 1 hour wait because they never have enough drivers. I called to order a taxiwhen they finally answered the cab never showed up. It's not a well ran company I will not be using their service again. I also have an experience complaint, I ordered a cab one night and the driver drove thru my yard got stuck in my yard and created deep ruts in my front yard. They wouldn't fix the damage the driver made to my yard, and the manager told me it's not his problem and refused to do anything about it. Wasn't even apologetic. They are just an awful company

I called the lady on the phone was so sweet. She told me they were a little busy which i understand it was a friday night. She gave me a time frame that they would be there and sure enough they were. They called to let me know they were outside waiting on me. Took me where i needed to go and the driver was so nice to. Helped me with my bags loading and unloading the car.
