Technical Competence: 5 Stars,
Speed of Getting Service & Completion Time: 5 Stars
Ethics / Honesty: 5 Stars
I needed to replace the power- button on my Laptop.
To save $, they suggested for me, to get
an equivalent, at Radio Shack ( which I did ).
Graham, worked on it, right upon... my arrival,
worked on it about 25 minutes,
and charged me a very fair-price of $40 + tax.
I had to return, the next day, because of some
periodic-electrical-short .
( where the laptop would
sometimes--- turn -on... when I moved the screen ).
Graham, worked on it for about 40 minutes,
did NOT try to over-sell ,
NOR explain that :
" that there were New -Complicating Problems ".
After a # of tests,
he eventually , just air-jet-cleaned,
the Laptops... insides.
( which was causing an overheating
problem... which was causing it
to quite frequently:
turn-off-suddenly ).
He was honest, and charged me--- Zero,
for working, an additional 40 minutes.
Graham is also Very Strong in software,
and is doing state-of-the-art work:
on clusters-of-virtual-machines.

John and his staff are wonderful. I have only bought my computers through him. He is honest and will make sure that your needs are met. I won't go anywhere else.

I moved back here after living in Silicon Valley, CA and I never had such great service as I have had here. Not just good service, but the work they have done has been outstanding. I can't believe my little home town would have a computer repair shop that would outshine those in the Bay Area!!
