Have had many great experiences with American Costumes. They go above and beyond for us. We really appreciate them. There's a wide variety of beautiful costumes and friendly staff. We are very happy every time!

Great customer service. The staff was of great help when I came in i get the last couple items I needed for my Steampunk outfit. Even helped me pick out the glasses that would look good. I'm hoping to be back next year, depending on if I know what I want to dress up as.

The store had great costumes, but the customer service is awful. The owner is rude. They literally stared at us as we looked around and made us feel very uncomfortable. We felt like a bother for being in there. The store and employees gave me serial killers vibes. Will not be back.

Loved this place!! Marty, Tina and the staff were soo helpful. We came in hoping to find a one of a kind Halloween costume and they did not disappoint!! Highly recommend.
