Received a settlement offer in the mail. Called the company and was hung up on by 3 different representatives who specifically told me that the letter I received is marketing purposes only with false information. This is the worst customer service in the world who lies about helping people. One customer Rep named Tony said it's a free country and he can do what he wants at his works and hung up.

If I could give no stars at this point, I would. At this point I would say AVOID using Jaron K Rentcher's services as he either doesn't have an office staff or they seem to be going out of business. They have received their money and don't seem interested in providing services that were paid for a LONG time ago. When I started my Chapter 13, 4 years ago, they were great their office staff would help with anything they could. Always quick to return calls. About a year ago I noticed they stopped sending me information. My case was closed by the Trustee and I have had to call over 20 times and email about the same to get ANY sort of a response. Took 6 weeks to send me something that "Meri" claimed was sent to my email and I gave her both a personal and work email that I know works just fine.

They have been horrible to me. I paid them for the bankruptcy over 2 years ago and they keep saying they'll get my paperwork to me and "it's in the mail" but they never filed my bankruptcy. They don't answer their phones or emails. I have tried contacting them countless times and still nothing. It seems like they are always going through new ownership, so it seems a little fishy. I am trying to get my money back from them since they never did their job.

STOP calling me. I love the foreign accents and then tell me their name is James Smith.

scam, robot calls you and offers to lower your interest rate. classic stuff.
