Not sure how to submit a complaint, so this will have to do. Very poor customer service. No acknowledgement when entering the store, and no acknowledgment when leaving. I usually like AEO, but not today and not here at Clay Terrace. Maybe management should think about hiring some fresh faces.
The staff at this location are always so helpful & friendly.
Good but could be much better. Staff seem to be more involved with each other than customer needs. Why the attitude? Why is it acceptable to where ear buds ignoring customer service request?
They were having a great sale to bad there workers don't have good customer service not 1 person said hello can I help you fine anything no one said anything

This location is pretty small and they don't have that great of a selection. Castleton Square is the best one to visit.
