Dr. Kazi was very thorough in explaining the medication he was prescribing to relieve the pain/redness/swelling I was experiencing as a result of an insect bite on my right leg. When I entered the facility I was greeted with a smile, checked in quickly and was able to see the doctor in less than 30 minutes upon my arrival. This is the 3rd time I have visited this facility and have been pleased with my care everything. It will continue to be my first choice whenever I have an urgent care emergency. Keep up the superb job, and the excellent customer service.
I just want to share that I had a very good experienced with the staff and especially Dr. Kasi that assisted me during my visit. He took his time listening to my concerns and addressing them properly, he made sure that I had the right care. The office called me, checking how I feel after the visit which is really a plus for me because I know they care. I highly recommend American Family Care.
The staff and doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The new registration/administration process that has been implemented at AFC is awful. Having to use your phone to re-register even though you’ve been there multiple times, having to take pictures of your ins. cards & ID & upload them is ridiculous. Feel like I did all their work for them. It is also not conducive for those patients who are older. Would consider going elsewhere because of this.
The staff at AFC was equally kind, understanding, patient and informative with my care. The staff assisted me with the sign in process was welcoming and helpful. The medical assistants , Latoya and Tahisha showed me compassion and explained the process before giving me the shots I required. Dr. Pennington was warm and kind throughout my exam. She listened to my questions and gave back informative responses. The AFC goes the extra step and has a staff member calling patients the next day to check in and make sure the patient is doing ok. And responding well to the prescribed medications.
Every single employee, nurse and doctor are friendly and helpful. They answered every question and worked hard to get me in and out in a quick fashion. I have been here 4x’s now and it’s been as pleasant of an experience as possible when you are sick. They truly care about their patients and take the time to give a thorough exam, answer all questions and make sure you have what you need to recover.
Every time you visit they have an entirely new crew. The 2 gentleman at the front desk were rude to everyone they encountered during my visit. Once in a holding room all I heard were 2-3 employees all talking very loudly outside of the room about things other than work. The room I was in was not clean & the exam bed did not have a paper sheet. At triage the employee stayed sitting even though standing would have made her more efficient. I am here today for hypertension but after 2 tries of the automatic BP cuff, she chose to go with a reading that was low... and I mean lower than even the average 120/80. I don't have confidence in any of these folks today. I'll just continue to sit & listen to them talk about their hours & scheduling.
The staff there is very helpful and pleasant. My husband was seen there a couple months ago. He was sent a bill for his service in error, Monet called my insurance company and made sure they had the correct code for billing. Customer service is a 10/10!
This was my first time at this facility and I had a wonderful experience! LaToya was super nice, efficient and personable. I felt comfortable and received great care from her and Dr. Kazi! They were both detailed when explaining my treatment.Thank you both for your amazing service! I would 10/10 recommend this facility!
Rachel was amazing and so sweet. She made me feel so welcomed even though I was sick and not feeling well. She was the first to help and and take me back. She is the best! Thank you so much Rachel!!
I was treated with the highest level of professional care throughout my visit My medic issue was effectively dealt with and resolved. I will have no hesitation in returning to AFC for treatment should the need arise. Thank you.
