My homeowners insurance rate went up 27% year over year and he didn’t bother to call or notify me. I emailed him twice asking for an explanation and he has yet to respond. I trust this is NOT indicative of American Family and have requested another agent. I can not recommend Douglas Nordlander. He will say that I’m not a client as he does with everyone who gives him a negative review. He’s right, I called corporate to switch my agent as fast as I could.
