I have all of my insurance with Kevin Gillan and have been with him for as long as I can remember. He and his team have been with me through multiple purchases and some unfortunate situations where you NEED a professional, responsive and caring insurance agent. It's nice to have someone answer your call or email immediately when you have a question or want to refer a client I am in real estate. But, it is CRITICAL to have an insurance agent answer your call at all hours when you have a flood in your home or your car is stolen! Not only are the rates better than other quotes my clients get, but the personal and genuine care during a difficult situation is what is the most valuable to me. That is why I will be forever loyal to Kevin and his team.

Kevin took the time for a face to face meeting with me to go over my policy in his office. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him after hours or on the weekend if I had any issues. Peggy is always there to answer any question I have as well. The office is never to busy to give personal attention to it's customers.
