American Guest House is a 12 well appointed en suite bedroom Washington DC Bed and Breakfast located in Kalorama, one of DC's best addresses, between Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, steps to the Washington Hilton Hotel, less than 10 minutes walk to DuPont Circle (Red Line) Metro Station and only 1 mile northwest of the White House, 2 miles to the Smithsonian Museums and Monuments and very convenient to most of Washington DC's sights and attractions. Included in the room rate is a delicious Gourmet Breakfast, Computer and WiFi. We are a Non Smoking Facility.

At the American Guest House truly believe that cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, security, Internet, good rates and a great breakfast are a must for our guests. We are the only guesthouse/B&B in our area that offers made-to-order eggs using only the freshest ingredients. We also serve items such as bacon, sausage, ham, pancakes, breads, cake or pastries, cereal, juices & fresh fruit salad, all served with coffee & tea.

Our location is exceptional at less than a 10 minute walk to DuPont Circle metro station, 10 to 15 minutes walk to major convention hotels such as the Wardman Park Marriott, Omni Shoreham, art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and much more.
