The staff and technicians Leslie and Brandon are excellent. I received the best care and service. They were so patient and kind. I loved my reggae music while the testing was being completed. The personal touch and attention to patient care was exceptional. The cleanliness of the facility was great as well. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing imaging. They have personal touch.
I must say from the time I walked in the door the receptionist was kind and very help. Leslie took great care of me, Leslie communicated everything she was doing, to make sure I understand. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable since I was very nervous going in. She was really patient. I will definitely recommend this location for others. One of the best medical offices I’ve visited by far! The staff is very friendly, courteous, attentive, and always in good spirits. Any anxiety you may have melts away as soon as you step in the door - your presence is always greeted with immediate acknowledgement. I highly recommend this office and their wonderful staff!
Had a good experience, receptionist very professional quick check-in and no long wait time before receiving assistance. Also, the young lady who did the actual x-rays was very considerate of my pain and made sure I was comfortable during the process. I would have no problem recommending this facility to family and friends.
I had a good experience here when taking an MRI. The entire staff from the front desk to the MRI were extremely kind to me. The Dr who put the dye in my wrist was nice as well as the young lady who prepped me so that he could do that in preparation for the MRI.
Getting my scan done here was a very smart move. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost was very budget friendly. I would definitely use them again!
Excellence, from the initial phone inquiry to the greetings & smiles from the receptionist to the professionalism of my technician. The actual time spent at facility was about 35-45 mins. Prices much lower as a “freestanding facility” rather than a hospital or emergency room.

Went up to cashier, asked “how much”? Cashier gave me price and I paid. Then they sent me another bill once I left. Not cool. Deceivery lurks. Do not trust. If your insurance is paying you have nothing to worry about this place is great but if its out of pocket then beware of tricksters.
From the perspective of a health care provider. I came in for a CT with contrast, after 30 minutes of waiting was shown to an antiquated procedure room with drops of old BLOOD on the wall visible to patients next to the massive overflowing sharps bin, which clearly had not been emptied in some time. Alarm bells were ringing but I really wanted this scan, so I cautiously proceeded. The tech then tried to start an IV in my right AC super easy place for an IV and blew the line. Alarm #2. I then asked about the procedure - would it be weight based IV contrast? She said it’s all the same for everyone, which is not current best practice. Finally, she got confused explaining to me the steps for the CT which images she’s be taking when; there’s also apparently no radiologist on site to ensure that the images she obtains are adequate. THESE ARE ALL MAJOR ALARM BELLS - I URGE YOU TO GET CARE ELSEWHERE. I excused myself before the procedure started, told the front desk they have major sanitary and safety concerns, and will be getting my CT across the street at Emory.
