I called the office today 5/15 at 2:13 pm EST to make an appointment as a new patient. Not only was the receptionist very rude and condescending, but she LAUGHED at me when I attempted to give her my information. She claimed ‘that’s not how it works’. Very rude and unprofessional. As someone who suffers from severe social anxiety this was very discouraging. You’d think someone that works in the medical field would have a tad more compassion. 0/10 experience - would not recommend. Please don’t call this place unless you’re looking for disrespect.
absolute waste of time. got charged $200 and the PA didn’t even touch me, she only sent over a referral. I recommend seeking other providers!
Nurse Cheri M is the best nurse I’ve ever had. She’s kind, funny, and makes you feel at home.
My Husband has been a patient of American Health Network Orthopedics since October of 2021. His first doctor was good until he vanished 3 days after my husband's shoulder replacement surgery. We were then placed with another doctor who was new to the practice. He was also good. However now, one year later ,he is also gone. American Health Network seems to have problems retaining quality physicians. If you want to have an ongoing relationship with your doctor you might want to look somewhere else. UPDATE: Have decided to transfer his records out per the letter we received. The fax number provided on the letter was incorrect, after numerous phone calls he got through and was provided a different fax number which continuously rings busy at different times during the day after multiple attempts. This organization is ridiculous to work with and we would not recommend them for any reason.
my name is Diane Greene not Betty not sure what that's about but I saw Dr Christopher Wilson 1 time.. trying to establish a new neurologist after 30 years with Joseph Herr who retired 2022. When I made my appt I should have listened to my gut. I was told when I made my first appt I didn't need to see the physician, he saw my records I could see his NP I said I don't think so I will meet the man that I am to trust with my care first, then when I met him he told me he never received /saw my records... interesting. I am epileptic... partial complex, and it would be comforting to.know that the lack of my history would be a problem for him. well he said he would give me a script for my meds, send to kroger danville so when mine ran out they would be waiting to be filled. Well I went to have them filled 90 days later.... no script..... called... was told will send to nurse... no call back informing that order was sent so I took it for granted it was sent went to kroger on a friday and nothing again, talk about angry, scared! I called Monday AM another note to nurse... oh it's in brownsburg... what?? No call to inform me of this..i am suppose to just know its at the wrong pharmacy. I use danville not bburg... I guess tou should read my records... 5 days no meds.... 5! I asked what should I do .... assuming a nurse not my doctor said.... oh your fine...I'm saying I'm fi e to get in a car after being jerked off seizure meds for 5 days...she said yes.... me: YOU ARE NUTS. called old Neuro office was told DO NOT DRIVE. levels should be checked. When I did get my meds i noticed the prescriber was the name of a person I have never heard of, I will not be a part of an office that I have no control over my care and who I'm dealing with not to mention won't speak with a patient when I have a real concern. I had a pretty serious wreck having a seizure from this very same reason.... missed meds... 12 years ago was my last seizure after 2 years of no driving... I won't let some irresponsible office take this success away from the pure and simple lack of communication with a new patient.... get to know your.patience DR. Will be headed back to the office I came from building another patient , Dr relationship hopefully a secure one like I had with Dr Herr. I saw his NP but every visit I saw him if only for a moment for the Dr to say all is good and a shake of the hand.
don't miss an appointment even if you reschedule it they will take the appointment, your money, then tell you you've been cancelled and ask you to leave the premises. Never been treated so rudely. Dr Lamb spends roughly 3 minutes with you and leaves abruptly
This office is full of racist people. The doctors do not care about their patients. Ashley the supervisor is a compulsive liar. All the directors above her think they’re to good to handle anything and they NOT. They happily give out the complaint line cause they know they won’t do anything either. Some of us have great lawyers that can do something though! The doctors are negligent with patients…. It’s all cure and no care here. They are to full of themselves. I say whip out the whole office and hire completely new staff. Racist, pathetic, negligent, and careless doctors/staff.
A couple of days ago my 20 month old daughter saw Dr. Storey for the 1st time. Our family has had some pretty bad experiences with doctors and Pediatricians the last few years, but Dr. Storey was absolutely incredible! He put my mind at ease, listened to all my concerns, told me that I was doing what's best for my daughter and agreed with our lifestyle choices! If you are a parent that parents on the more natural side of things, delay or skip vaccines, breastfeed past 1 year old.... You will love Dr. Storey!
Tara is amazing! I absolutely love her! She is kind and understanding. She actually listens, which is so rare these days. She has compassion and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I never feel like I'm just a number in that office.
Took my son in to see about his eye that has gotten worse over the last couple of days. He has the normal cold and cough going around, however the eye has gotten worse and been having a bright yellow drainage which is infection based! The NP dismissed the infection I of course had cleaned the eye all out before coming and said it’s normal drainage. She never addressed my son and was very rude, she didn’t check his ears or throat or any sort of assessment was done and maybe was in the room for 2 minutes. Next time I will take the time and drive to my sons dr!!
