The most disorganized title company I've ever dealt with. People are poor at follow up. Poor at math. Poor at communication and just plain old rude. Refused to take cashiers checks in excess of 5k. I have to provide 6 separate cashiers checks at closing. It shows they have a financial problem. Then 3 days after closing they said they made a 350 math mistake and refused to pay off my mortgage unless I sent more money. When I refused threatened me to unwind the whole transaction and have attorneys go after me for their error. That 350 just got you this review congratulations. Hope threatening me was worth it. Numerous alternatives in the Virginia Beach market for title offices. Choose wisely. **your response shows your attitude. 1 I never said I was your client. I said I dealt with you all and you were disorganized. You failed to mention you shared your 5k policy until 36hrs before closing coming from out of state. The largest fraud out there is wire requests right before closing and that was your request? You told my title company you would pursue legal action of unwinding your clients transaction over your mistake. Your mistake was your math not a last minute add from a lender. It was prepaid taxes for the year end. If I bought a home and had to put down 100k you would ask for 20 checks?

Great company with excellent customer service and always quick to answer questions concerns on transactions! Been closing contracts with them for almost 13 years!
