Chris from American HVACR came to the rescue when our HVAC system broke down during a heatwave. He was fast, efficient, and got our system running smoothly again.
We recently just replaced our gravity furnace and American HVACR LLC did an outstanding job. Sunny and Rome were responsive, punctual and very respectful of our home and belongings. I usually don't yelp anymore but was so amazed by their customer service I thought they deserved some credit. I highly recommend them.
Don fit me in to his busy schedule, and his depth and breadth of understanding of radiant heating systems is beyond anyone else I've encountered. He didn't recommend doing work that a plumber last week with little investigation or understanding of my system had said was needed. Good communicator, timely and efficient. Highly recommended!
When our air conditioning system malfunctioned, Chris was quick. His expertise had our AC working perfectly in no time.
We had initially scheduled to have them come over and check out an urgent eating matter as we had lost heating in the home during the midst of a snowstorm once we had gotten the confirmation for someone to come out it was then later postponed to which is pretty normal in my personal opinion where everything started going sour is once the time had crossed of the reschedule no one had reached out to us to inform us that there was going to be a reschedule and we had to call in to find out that another reschedule was going to take place. to now we are at three reschedules now and when the third reschedule took place no one got back to us about the reschedule again as no one appeared for about 30 to 45 minutes after the fact. So then we had to call them and instead of apologizing or empathizing or even recognizing the mistakes they had made the service dispatcher ended up defending their actions and we ended up canceling the service all together and were fortunate enough to find someone at the last minute because at this point it was already 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon and we have been playing back and forth since 11:00 a.m. that day. This review doesn't reflect their actual service that they perform because they did not perform any such service but this rating reflects the customer service and their ability to get a schedule done properly. From my experience I would only bring them onboard if you have a few days of buffer time. But if it's an emergency then I suggest elsewhere.

I couldn't be happier! I had 2 Fujitsu 12k BTU mini split systems installed on the 2nd floor. These guys came out on short notice, gave me an estimate I was happy with, and most importantly, did AMAZING work! Clear, efficient communication...and a great attitude as well. My apartment is now frosty cool, electric bill is tiny, and the mini split systems are ULTRA QUIET! I am considering using them again next summer for 2 more systems.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I should have listened to the review below mine and stayed away from American HVACR. I called this company in early May about 2 broken AC units in my home. The guy who came said they needed to order parts and would come back when they were received. It took at least a month of near constant phone calls from me and my fiancé to get them back to our house. They said they would come multiple times and failed to show up, even after giving us specific time slots. For the month + that I waited on them to return, one of the AC units that American HVCAR had messed with the first time they were at my house dripped water all down my wall and on my furniture. The guy had told us there was nothing we could do to stop that from happening. It was not happening before he messed with the unit. When he FINALLY came back, he said the AC unit was actually not broken. Apparently, he had done something to it the first time that caused it drip, causing hundreds of dollars of damage to my house. He messed with the other unit again, and told me that it too was actually never broken and he was just confused because it wasn't very hot last time ?????!?!?!. I didn't think it was working, but he said to give it a little time and he left. The next day, I called back to tell them the AC unit was NOT WORKING. It again took weeks and several phone calls for me to get them back over here. He told my fiancé that there was a problem with the wiring and that we needed to hire an electrician. We hired an electrician. The electrician came the next day, as most respectable professionals do, and informed us that the AC guy clearly had absolutely no idea what he was doing because we certainly didn't need an electrician. The electrician gave us the number of a different AC company. We called the different company and finally, two months after initially contacting American HVACR, a competent individual showed up at our home and immediately fixed our air conditioner.
