As my first time renting a storage, I was very impressed with the ease of how it was. I just did two days ago, so my overall experience thus far is great. It was easy to do from start to finish. I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation.
I rented my unit about 6 months ago. Was very happy until my rental unit increased by over 30%. In less than 6 months! Checking on line, my unit is being advertised at $2 over my original rental price. O.05% not 30%! Not at all happy. Friendly front staff.
This storage facility has been part of my Houston experience for 10 years. Always clean and staffed with helpful staff. Miss Brenda has been great as I grew from one unit to 3 and them back down. I always feel welcome, never any trouble.

Ms Lady Ma'am super helpful. I made a reservation online. And she called to confirm surly in day. Gave me times and showed me two and super informational. Friendly and kind. Appreciate her help. Sorry I forgot your name. But she was visiting the one on Ella's from tanner. So if you need something in that area. Go see her. And if you're on this side. I hear good things about this office so looking forward to meeting them soon.
The online rental process was fast and efficient and Brenda and Perla were super helpful and friendly making the in-person tour and move-in experience a great one.
I am so grateful that Brenda has been an amazing customer relations representative. She was awesome at helping me with the pricing of the unit. This helps me out as I am still looking for a job. She was gracious in helping me find my unit and even opened up the unit door for me without any asking or prompting from me-that is excellent customer service! What I most enjoy is that she is genuinely nice, Thank you so much Brenda for helping me get set up and with flawless customer service skills.

Had 2 weeks of bad service with Public Storage. I called Go Store It arrived at 5:00 and was out by 5:20!!.. The managers Brenda and Pearla are super sweet and so professional…
