Ed and his staff were great to work with and we love our new floors. When a minor issue came up, Ed fixed the problem quick and with no extra charge. He also recommended a higher quality product than we originally were going to choose for a similar price and we are so glad we took his advice. Would definitely recommend!
Highly recommend American Mosaic Floor Center! Sales and Service are unmatched – a very pleasant and positive experience from beginning to end. Prior to re-doing our kitchen and three bathrooms, my wife and I visited the showroom in Milford. The sales manager, Jon, was simply tremendous to work with. Knowing nothing at all about tile or grout or backsplashes, I had to just trust what Jon was telling me, and hope for the best. But Jon went above and beyond for us. He educated us about all of the products and materials involved, and exactly what to expect in terms of timelines and delivery. Jon really knows his stuff and he is an excellent communicator. And as for Service – the two gentlemen who installed our floors and designed our custom backsplash were amazingly pleasant to deal with. Always on time; always with smiles on their faces our kids loved them! But above all, they were artists! These guys clearly love what they do – and it really shows. Everyone who sees our new kitchen and bathrooms are impressed by the craftsmanship and elegance of the floors. I highly recommend American Mosaic. Check them out!
Did a great job on a house we were renovating for sale. Very nice carpet, reasonably priced, quickly installed. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kept our needs in mind. We'll use them again.
Stay away from this bate and switch fraudulent store. I am senior. Sold me low maintenance floor for kitchen. However when partially installed floor showed scuff marks, footprints and other marks. Store came to home with mop and broom admitted it was high maintenence floor but will work with me to pick out other floor for busy kitchen. Upon phone call to store two days later store refused to honor their mistake or allow me to pick out a true low maintenance floor. Credit card company reimbursed me. American Mosaic took me to small claims court with letter unsigned from manufacture in Georgia stating floor was "post contaminated" and accepted by CT magistrate in small claims court. Partially installed floor impossible to use. STAY AWAY FROM AMERICAN MOSAIC FLOOR CENTER IN MILFORD, CT
