American Professional Chimney & Masonry Service

I had this company work on 2 projects for my fireplace. The 1st, replacing the walls of the firebox, went well. The 2nd, installing slate tile did not go well, I asked for a refund and wrote a review where I expressed my disappointment. A week or so later, they called, apologized, and offered to install the slate for free. I am happy to say I now have a fully functional fireplace and am glad they owned up to their mistake and rectified it. I appreciate and respect that!

We had a new roof installed and our B-Vent was rusted through. We contacted Am Professional Cimney and they cam out and repaired it quickly and reasonably. They were wonderful to deal with. I only have the before picture.

We had a seemingly complex but simple job of redoing an entire chimney so it could be both gas existing and wood burning. The entire team at American Chimney were outstanding. The owner actually came out on a Saturday to make sure everything was working fine BTW, he has been doing it for overr 40 years. He has seen it all. Chimney work is hard and complex. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else especially when there is zero room for mistakes.

I had two problems with my house. One- my chimney was falling apart and I had a brand new roof. Two- there was a big crack on the side of the house that I wanted fixed. APCM came out, gave me an estimate. I asked about some other masonry things and was told I didn't really need to spend the money on those. We scheduled a time and they came out around about the time they said they would. The work that was done was not cheap, but I'm happy with it. The mortar on the side of the house, matches better than what another contractor did on the other side of the house and the chimney is not flinging random bricks at my head. I was concerned about my new roof and thankfully they didn't have to put any scaffolding up $$$ because of the slope. It's been a couple of months and I have had no problems with the work done.

We installed a nice gas grill on the back patio. The whole company here was great to work with throughout the whole process. They walked us through all the steps and were extremely helpful with handling the permits and inspections. Will definitely use them for any future projects.

I required a new flue and chimney fan as I'm in a condo and a typical set up won't draw. In addition I needed a firm seal for the summer to keep the hot air out. American did a great job on the rebuild and was very professional. I will certainly use them again for any future needs!

This company provided me a repair job with best price and service. Another company asks for 4 times higher 400 vs 1600. They did the work professionally indeed. I’m very happy with them.
