First time donating at this location May, 2020 and my only issue was finding the entrance and that was probably just due to ongoing construction. Everything else was very quick and professional with a very polite and kind staff experience. I have already scheduled my next appointment at this location as well.

Every time I come here to donate platelets, there’s always at least a half hour wait when I already schedule an appointment. Some of the staff are unprofessional but some are sweet. They also bombard you with calls everyday but they don’t seem to value my time as much when I come in.

Accidentally booked an appt. for the wrong date the app is not great and when we showed up here, the woman at the reception table was unnecessarily rude to us about it. It was really disappointing. Will try to donate at another location.

In and out 1/2 hour the young lady the took my blood was very efficient.

Great place. I really admire the work they do. I support and promote blood donation here, or any other Red Cross centers.
