Great place to donate blood, platelets, and/or plasma. The phlebotomists make you feel comfortable and make sure you’re feeling well. Plenty of snacks and whatnot for after. Cozy location with plenty of parking. Coming back soon!
Should have better signage for blood donations. It's in the rear of building.
EXTREMELY disappointed in what I just experienced! I made an appointment on the app this morning to donate blood. Did the Rapid Pass to speed up the appointment, only to get here and be turned away because they don't take Saturday appointments according to the person I spoke with. The Monroe Dr location made no attempt to accommodate or try to fit me in.
First day of the year and they are their working . Thank you ladies for being here .Must say they are a very nice staff ..Angeles . My third time in this center and they are always working like Bees trying to help each other and people who are donating blood . . Special shout out to Karah who is a pro. in doing what she is doing . Wish you all happiness in your wedding and most of success.
I enjoy this location. Staff are extremely nice and professional. How do I use the two hours of donation. I love Netflix. Get to catch up on my shows. They have great snacks. I like having snacks at the end of my platelet donation.
All I need to know is I have insulin pens Lantus 15 boxes not expired any place where I can donate them at?

Came here for a CPR training through my job. The place was clean and front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.
I had a scheduled appointment at 6:30 and had completed the rapid check in before arriving however upon arriving at 7:15 no one had acknowledged when they would see me. I thought it was due to them being busy but three people left while I was sitting there and no one still did not assist me so I just left. I have type O blood I am sure it was needed.
2019 didn't mark the most organized year for this chapter, but they are open minded and hard working. This is a great place to seek help and a wonderful place to volunteer
