Filthy and Nasty. Remote didn’t have battery’s. This is suppose to be a smoke free room but you can seem cigarette burns everywhere. And found mold on the lamp shade!
We are planning a trip down to Slidell and Karen was super helpful.. They are pet friendly and she was very courteous and very accommodating...Thanks for helping us Karen on our trip down
Dont even think of going to stay here. Bedbugs!!! They gave us another room but once you see bedbugs where your 8yr was sleeping at you can't sleep at all 2:40am

Room had roaches, bathroom door was broken, a/c didn't cool good, sheets were not clean, I asked for them to be changed and they weren't. Pillows stunk, room stunk. Horrible stay! Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Would not recommend.
It's ok, room was clean and bed is very comfortable. Just had some holes in sheets from ig other guests tht smoked.
