American Worker

I was looking for a specific style of safety jacket for work. I was told last winter that I can purchase my own and have the necessary adjustments made to it for work company patches. I had been looking for the right size and color for about 4 months at a reasonable price. I went or called like 6-7 different stores that day, with everyone either out of stock or not carrying the coat. Surprised that security uniform stores didn't carry especially American Worker not only had them in stock but the correct pattern I needed. Only thing was that they were out of stock on my size. So I got the one they had and traded it with the company.

Clothes are awesome. Staff is rude. I went to return a 170$ jacket . Employee Eva tried to tell me she would not give me my $ back unless I gave her my phone number. Me holding my reciept in hand didn't understand. I get a lot of calls on my phone and I don't give out the number. She got upset, another employee there told her the code to put in the computer so that she can do the return without my phone number. I got my $ back. Didn't give them a phone number.... but whats crazy is I shop this store often. Of course they were going to give me my money back, was the attitude necessary? With other competitors like bass pro and 511 right around the corner it seem stupid that Eva suggested I shop there. All I did was return a jacket .

Great selection of work clothes and safety comfortable boots for hard working men. I personally never shop anywhere else not just cause the selection but the FANTASTIC customer service this American worker has compared to others. Employees are very knowledgeable about all products which is very helpful.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on their products to sell . This is the reason why I kept coming back to this place .

Horrible customer service. Refused a cash refund on a 4 day old pair of shoes that were still in extremely new condition and claimed I should've worn them around the house to determine if they were comfortable?! What a joke. She stood by the "unworn" rule like a child to her favorite little toy with no intention at fulfilling my satisfaction at all. Bad, bad,bad business practice.

Very nice people, i just picked up an online order. They are very attentive and welcoming. The store is like hidden you have to google BOOT BARN STORES. To recognize this particular store.

This store has alot of options for shoes/clothing for construction workers. It's clean and well organized. The workers are so helpful and friendly. Well be coming here for sure for now on.

Bought Keen boots last week. Got them home didn't fit well. Went to return them. While trying on other pairs Lacy asked of I needed help. She never gave up and after about 8 pair I found pair of Timberlands that fit me great. She went above and beyond! Wish all sales people were are great as she was. Thanks!
