If it were possible to give this place a 0 I would have. Try googling Americana drug busts. This is nothing but a drug addicted family running this place clearly into their veins. And to think that the state of nj actually pays them our tax dollars to pay for the rooms of drug addicts & drug dealers. Be prepared to be pulled over as soon as you leave here. The worst part of all of this is that everyone in ocean county knows this to be a drug spot, so why is it taking them so long to shut it down? How many more people need to die there or from the drugs bought there??

Only reason im giving one star is for the horror show that took place in last room. A girl was murdered their a few years back and literally the room didnt want us there. There were no towels and dirty blankets. I guess they know people will never last to use the towels. I didnt see bed  bugs but im sure their there. Unlike the ghost they were hiding. It should be closed down only to open during 🎃. If you doubt me ask to stay in room 29. See you in hell

The place should be condemned the rooms are dirty,nothing is in working order and the water is dark brown no towels or toilet paper droppings from rats all over rooms holes in walls you could see the next room. No phone or lock on door. I never seen anything like this. I can go on forever don't come to aAmerica.

My sister lives there and its not that bad but they do not have bed bugs . but its a roof over your head if you have no place to go. They are fixing rooms up now.
