Had a 5AM appointment but arrived at 1AM. They told us to park at any spot by the fence in the yard and come back at 4AM. Got dock at 4:30AM and got unloaded at 5:30AM. By reviewing posted reviews I wasn't expected this. Very nice and decent people. A lot of spots to park overnight.

I'm a trucker delivering to this place and they are super slow. I've been waiting over three and a half hours. But everybody that work here is very pleasant.

Had a 230 appointment supervisor Grahms got me in and out before couldn't be happier well if I got is number maybe thanks to the loader very polite and quick

1 palette 3 hours. I was on time. Made me late for my next delivery but they said oh well have a good day. How do you have a good day when your next load is now late and you as a driver have to deal with that consequence instead of the customer that used Common Core math to unload one pallet

I don’t know what’s with the negative reviews? I had no issues with the night shift staff. Office chick during the night is nice. Plenty of room to back up too.

Try to deliver the load on time or they will have to reschedule you, and they don't open on weekends to do the reschedule. The broker contact them on Monday and they gave me the appointment for Friday, so try to be on time the first time. It was quick once I got there though

Check in 30 min early or will tell you to come back shift changes at 12:30 avoid the 12:30 appointment . But overall not a bad place ....

The receiving lady outside was very pleasant and helpful.And so was the check in lady from the inside,loading was fast and I was out with no problems.

They were pretty quick....not fast but we didn't have to wait too long

I've only been to this place once but the experience was great! I arrived 2 hours early, my appoinment 5pm they allowed me to park there. And called me 1hr later to get loaded. Finished loading in about 1 1/2 hours.
