Don’t rent from this company from day 1 they have been the worst company we rented from. First we payed all deposits and fees and the day we were suppose to move in the house got broken into and damaged had taken place but we were not allowed to see until we agreed to take it as is at this time no other rentals were available. So after taken possession we had the floors and carpet cleaned professionally. We had maintenance issues but this company tells you to call their maintenance ppl and set up an appointment. We ran into a difficult money situation and I called and scheduled a payment but they still charged me for a 7 day notice on the same day the payment is coming out. I’m not trying to get out of my lease and paying for late fees but our lease does expire next month and we will be leaving thank goodness. I even gave them notice the first of Jan that we will be leaving March 31 I always like giveing enough notice but instead they send it back saying they won’t accept it till March. I know we will probably have to fight to get our cleaning deposit back because the walls were marked up before we moved in but that’s om we have pics and videos. Just beware they don’t care about the property, home owners or tenants.
If these Owners, management, employees, investors and other people who ran the properties at Ameropan believe in God then I would advise you to pray and make some changes. You know that the way your running some of these places are unfair. And God is not a fan of it so until you do right by him the issues will just rise… I’m praying for you all as well as myself because I’m not a selfish greedy person and I’m a child of God so I know that whatever happens he will work in my favor… In Jesus name Amen..
I've been hesitant to leave a review because I wanted to give them a fair chance, and after multiple encounters at least 5 I feel exactly the same as the other tenants that have left 1 star reviews, because simply it is the truth. This company is very unprofessional and has left me hounding to get the service that should have already been taken care of prior to move in. Because it is also true that after 30 days, the tenant is responsible for any issue. That's insane! I recently moved in to a property that was extremely unsanitary and completely out of the range of livable conditions. And that is after they had assured me that this was a "move-in ready property", apparently just like all other other properties they manage. I had multiple issues from plumbing, dirt and grime, to light fixtures broken or out, to a garage that was filthy, etc... which took weeks to resolve after calling multiple times a day to Ameropan, and calling the service providers back and forth to make sure they were slowly moving towards completion. After reaching out via Email to Ameropan and providing photos to plead my case and ask for a refund of the cleaning deposit, they simply didn't respond. After speaking with Ms. Vicki the leasing agent after the other office employees kept giving me the run around on this matter, she informed me that she does the processing and it will take some time. I called back a week after and Ms. Vicki informed me differently telling me that the cleaning deposit was NEVER refundable, however because of the issues she has made it REFUNDABLE after I move out. After checking my lease and reading it carefully, I see that the cleaning deposit was INDEED REFUNDABLE already and Ms. Vicki tried pulling a trick as to not give me the refund up front and tried explaining to me that you pay a cleaning deposit for when you move out... Idk where they got this idea but if it is paid when moving out from prior tentant, why didn't I receive the property in a livable and sanitary condition. Of course there was resistance and she still did not honor what she told me originally. Here are the photos, you decide for yourself.. But go elsewhere!

These people are the worst. If you own a property you want to rent whatever you do don’t go with them. Too many reasons to explan but pick any other company but these people.
Worst company you can ever possibly deal with, they don’t answer the phones and if they do you get hung up on extremely unprofessional. Lauren Zucker one of the most unprofessionals employers I have ever came across it’s better . Never did a walk through and found multiple damages reached out to them their response was ridiculous. Thankful I came across the owner of the property.
I wish I could give a more positive review of this property management company. However after a month of living in one of their properties, I will most definitely not go through them again. And I wish I took the reviews on here more seriously. Poor communication, disrespectful employees, and things not getting done in a timely manner are just some of the experiences that I have had in the last month of living in one of their properties. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially since I'm sure they are managing so many properties and dealing with so many people. But it has now been multiple offenses.
