AMF All Star Lanes

Poor customer service. None of the staff smiled when they greeted you or when you purchased tickets to ball or food. While they did their job they provided info without enthusiasm or excited. We enjoyed bowling and the people in lanes beside us were friendly and warm. It is a good family friendly place to gather and have fun. I giggled bowling places in NOLA with most having ratings of 4 or greater. We chose this place despite the comments of poor customer service because we wanted to bowl. While staff maybe nice they are not overly welcoming. It would be nice to see a smile or two after all it is somewhat costly to go out anywhere these days. I don’t mind spending money but also would appreciate being valued as a customer.

One of the biggest in the area and is usually a good place to have some good time with friends and family. They also have a good variety of food options and a great collection of arcade games. HOWEVER the music the play is waaay too loud! I can barely talk to anyone which is ridiculous. The whole point is to connect with friends and have a good time, they give you the impression that you just walked into a freaking Disco. I stopped going because all I can do there is through freaking balls and look at my friends faces when I should be having fun chatting with them while playing.

This is a great place to hang out with bit friends and family. I had my son's 7 birthday party here and it was awesome. The staff is very helpful and attentive. This lady didn't wad just a little family outing and we all had a great time.

Service was friendly and helpful. A bit pricey tho. Great for all ages of kids! Ask to pull the bumpers up for your beginners. Food was hot and fresh a drinks were cheap!

Nice and clean bowling alley. Very friendly and wonderful staff. Food and drink prices are way too high for me.
