AMLI Old 4th Ward

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are modern, the tall ceilings create the significant amount of fresh air and open space, and great location next to the park. Overall, for the size, quality, and location it's easily the best apartment for your money in the area.

I am a resident at AMLI O4W, and have lived in a few different apartment complexes previously. Never have I had someone be so helpful, friendly and positive as Victor in our front office. I don’t typically write reviews, but Victor has made it a blessing living here. He treats you like a friend and always has time for you.

Have been living here for about a month now. Move-in was pretty easy and the leasing agents were helpful. So far, the location is the best part. Haven't had any major issues to note thus far. Overall I'm very much enjoying living here.
