I ordered a stroller that was out of stock everywhere else. I was actually skeptical that they had it in stock, but took a chance because I needed it asap. Anb Baby was wonderful! They were so responsive to my emails, and the stroller was in stock! They shipped it very quickly, and it arrived exactly as expected. The best part is that since I ordered out of state, I did not have to pay sales tax! Total win, and was excited to support a smaller business!

I called the Brooklyn store to follow up on a "Preorder" that stated an August delivery. Robert was covering a shift and was extremely helpful with confirming the information I needed. He additionally decided to expedite the shipment to make sure it arrived before our grandbaby arrived! Customer service at it's best, thank you Robert.

I ordered a stroller accessory and paid for expedited shipping because I needed it by a certain date. I didn’t realize it would take a few day to process. I emailed for help and Robert immediately responded and had it processed that day, so it was able to ship that evening! I was so appreciative and so impressed with the level of customer service! horrible online ordering experience. ordered a stokke high chair tray and 2 weeks later had not heard anything from the company. emailed them and no one ever responded. I called and the man who answered told me it had already shipped so i could not cancel the order, although i never got a shipping notification. Well, a week later i did get a notification it had finally shipped, so this man clearly lied so that I wouldn't cancel the order. The tray finally came, and I submitted a request for a refund the return policy is horrible, includes paying $10 for return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. The request for refund needs to be "approved" by them, and although the item is still sitting unopened in the box it was shipped in, I am still waiting for the return approval. i would recommend not purchasing from this company, they are sleazy and the customer service is horrible.
