I highly recommend this law office to handle your bankruptcy. I didn't know anything about this uncomfortable process heading in. They made me feel like they really cared about my case and helping me get through it. They never passed judgement or questioned how I got to this point. I was very pleased. I am more than happy to recommend this firm. This has been the hardest time in my life after closing my business and losing everything. Jeremy was kind, compassionate and informative. This is not something anyone wants to or plans on going thru. However this team made it possible for me to not feel such shame and to feel like things were going to be ok. Jeremy was thorough and efficient in getting back to me with my questions. Also Cathy was diligent and helpful when we needed her. I highly recommend this team and thank them for all their hard work so I can move forward!

I was overwhelmed with the whole bankruptcy experience to begin with. The staff here answered all our questions and didn't judge us. They were very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend Andersen, Ellis & Shephard!

There is a gamut of reasons individuals need to file bankruptcy. Regardless of those reasons, there is no judgment felt at Andersen, Ellis & Shephard. Filing bankruptcy is stressful, time consuming, and impacts your life moving forward in ways you never expected. Having this law firm stand with me was an excellent experience. My lawyer, Jeremy, supported and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism and his actions proved that he was working with my best interest in mind. In every communication with staff, I was met with kindness, respect, and professionalism that always went beyond the call of duty. They were very helpful and even when I delayed on turning in the stuff I needed. Even after a year of me still trying to decide if I wanted to go through with it or not they not once told me they could not help me or turn me away. They did what they said they were gonna do and very professional about it. I’m glad I choose to go through the bankruptcy with the firm and with Jeremy he made the situation much less stressful then it was and explained every part the way it should be.
