Les and Bryce are very helpful, professional and easy to work with. They put together a beautiful spring arrangement for us to send as an office warming based on a picture I had emailed them. It was delivered just a couple hours after I ordered. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Many years ago I lived in Salem, but now I live in Washington state. I had a need for some flowers this Christmas, and the first florist I called was Anderson McIlnay because I knew the quality of their arrangements from years ago. I am happy to say their quality and customer service has not changed over the years. Les McIlnay was amazing with the service he provided--I didn't know the house number for delivery, and Les knew the family and made delivery to them, which made my life easier. Les even suggested a little something special for my sister, and I am so grateful--it will be a great surprise. Thank you Anderson McIlnay--you NEVER disappoint. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs beautiful flowers, and appreciates awesome customer service.

I ordered the flower "cake" bouquet to be delivered on my sister's birthday. Unfortunately, there was a mix up and it was delivered a week early. I am giving them 5 stars because they were very apologetic and delivered a second beautiful bouquet with a balloon on the date I requested. Both arrangements were spectacular, so I would recommend them. I live on the east coast, so I chose this florist based on reviews. I definitely would use them again, even though there was a mix up on the delivery date.

I ordered flowers online and mentioned in the notes that they were to be ,"sent to a dear Aunt in Hospice care--please make them cheery." A beautiful *perfect* arrangement was designed and delivered within an hour of my order! Immediately after ordering I was sent an email thanking me for the order, telling me they were designing the arrangement immediately, and, since it was for someone in Hospice care, it would be hand-delivered as soon as it was completed. About 45 minutes later, I received a picture of my *smiling* Aunt with her arrangement. She loved the flowers and the arrangement was totally beautiful. I went in after work and I was glared at like I came from the mission and was looking for a hand out. Don't judge books by the cover people. Even tho it's what us humans do naturally. You made me upset and therefore roses to slow down. To take a smell of.

Sending a bouquet to special lady to brighten her day. I called them after 2pm to make sure they could deliver before the end of the day. I gave them some basic colors to work with and free rein to arrange the flowers. Much to my amazement, they were able to deliver the flowers in under an hour from the time I called and the arrangement was fantastic. Will definitely use them in the future!

Really great service--ordered flowers from them over the phone. I knew it was a busy time Mother's Day...but needed some funeral flowers delivered on short notice. Anderson McIlnay is a family run business I liked that, and both father & son were very helpful over the phone. I have never used them before and just chose them based on google ratings, web search & location. Very happy with everything. Thanks so much!
