Anderson's Vacuum & Sewing Center

Purchased replacement heads for Norelco razor and had difficulty replacing. Went to shop and received outstanding customer service from technicians. They have a customer for life for all my Razor and Vacuum needs.

I took our Living Room lamp into Anderson's on Saturday and Jeremie met with me. He was as nice a person as you would ever want to meet and very efficient. He explained that their window of repair is generally 5-7 business days but that they usually turn things around much quicker. Lo and behold, I received a call today Monday that the lamp was ready to go. Very pleasantly surprised and the lamp works like a charm. Nice looking array of vacuums on hand, clean shop and very nice people. Just a short hop off 285 onto Broadway. Highly recommend them.

Excellent Service! I had my Dyson serviced by Anderson's Vacuum and they did a great job. They got every bit of dust and dog hair out of our machine. It is now working better than I ever remember it working. They also did it very quickly.

Excellent, experienced staff. Honest feedback and deep knowledge about different brands and models. Great showroom floor to test what you are going to buy hands-on. And great follow through and consistent communication when the model we wanted was on back order. Highly recommended. Honestly we are tired of trying to find appliances that will last. Everything in engineered to break down these days. So if you are going to invest in a vacuum that will last, finding people and products to trust are tricky. Especially with long hair and pets in the equation. Jeremy and Michael did right by us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a decent vacuum. Our Shark is going back to Costco as it died within a year. Happy to send more people to this store, and it was the smoothest experience we have had in a while buying a home appliance.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable experienced staff. Small business and great prices. We have a Miele vacuum and bringing it here for service and purchasing new filters has always been a pleasure. Great business! Jeremie helped me the last time I was in and I really appreciate how he checked every possible feature to figure out the problem I was describing.

I’ve used Anderson’s on several occasions to service/tune up my trusty Dyson. I have gotten less expensive quotes elsewhere however the level of service and the quality of the work performed makes every penny worth it. I wanted to update an existing review but as it turns out I don’t believe I’ve reviewed this shop before. What prompted the sudden desire to leave a five star review? My puppy chewed the power cords off of two space heaters and a tower fan. All within about 2 days of purchasing them. Of course they’re Vornado and instead of having additional heat this winter I’ve amassed a basement closet full of brand new appliances with no power cord. I called around to a few shops— Becker was rude and hung up on me, a place listed as “Sears Appliance Repair” doesn’t repair appliances and gave me an 877 number to god knows where. I finally called Andersons and Jeremy answered. For some background, Jeremy has been helpful on many occasions even when it brought absolutely no gain to Anderson’s. I called about 6 months ago looking for a charger for my Dyson and he tore up every box in the joint looking for one. Today was no different. He politely told me that while they were probably capable of doing it, it’s not their area of expertise and he kindly referred me to a competitor down the road who would have access to the right parts. That is some serious good business if you ask me. While All-Rays will get my small appliance business today, there’s no doubt in my mind where I’ll continue to bring my vacuums and apparently call first next time I need help!. Thanks Jeremy!!!

Excellent service! We called with a central vac problem & Randy talked to us at length on the phone as to what the issue might be so he could bring the correct parts. He arrived on time & was very professional & had correctly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. He took the time to be sure all my questions were answered before leaving.

Yesterday I took my trusty old Dyson vacuum cleaner to Anderson's, because the wand/hose assembly was stuck, and none of my DIY attempts had fixed the problem. Jeremie was very helpful, stood right there and worked with the machine for quite awhile - and got the assembly unstuck. On. the. spot. I'd thought the old machine might need to be replaced but Jeremie was determined to figure out the issue, and he didn't just do that, he fixed it. I recommend this business, and will turn to them again if I need their services.

Knowledgable, friendly, no-nonsense Vacuum store and repair shop. The store is not fancy but I won't shop anywhere else for Vacuums, parts bags/filters and servicing. Anderson's is legit!

The staff here is amazing! I brought a part of my Dyson in because it had come undone and my husband nor I could figure out how to put it back. They took it and fixed it in less than five minutes without charging me. I will definitely keep going here and recommend you do as well!
