I came in the store and the older lady at the desk ask what type of shoes do I want hard toe or soft joe... I said soft.. she said the ones I want are on the wall.... I went to look at them and was over there for about 10 minutes looking at the boots.. can not find anything in my size.. there was another customer next to me that was having trouble also.. he came to me and ask me questions about the boots and I tried to help him best that I can.. he was having a hard time finding a boot to wear to work in.. 15 minutes have gone bye and no help at all... I went to the desk where the the lady was standing at. I ask her was there any more boots than what was out there. .. she said no.. she did not ask if I need any help finding a pair, or anything at all.. the other customer never got any help either.. I said forget this I'm going somewhere else where I can get better service. . The other lady that was in the back overheard me say that.... I went out to my truck and was on the phone.. and I just hung up .. the younger lady came out to me a said she did not appreciate me talking bad about her families business that has been there for over 50 yrs.. she said the lady at the desk asked if I needed help.. but she did not..the younger lady said she can't stand customers like me.. (WHAT that was very unprofessional an extremely rude. I will guarantee I will never go back there.) She said she does not tolerate customers at all....she said she was having a good day until I came in and ruined it for her.. (she looked like she was ready to run me over..) CUSTOMERS SERVICE LACKS OF A PROFESSIONALISM..
