Excellent representation in all facets of our cases. Mr. Anderson interviewed us personally to establish his recommendations and then we worked with Meghann Fund to complete our paperwork. This was all very professional and streamlined to keep it simple and understandable. Shawn Mihill with Anderson and Associates is an amazing man and attorney. This man did something no one has ever done for me but God and that was save my life. The Commonwealth of virginia was trying to take my freedom from me and he threw me a life jacket. Use this law firm and you won't go wrong

I setup a 30 minute consult with Tim Anderson and when he called me back, he abruptly told me that I could not hire him to represent my son and would not go any further with our consultation. He said my son had to hire him from jail and it would cost us $500 minimum for him to speak to our son from the jail. He was more worried about his time and how he was getting paid than to hear me out about the case. I would not recommend him to anyone and it's scary he is a pilititian.

You only get one chance to make a great first impression and your receptionist is cold, unfriendly, and rude. I would consider finding someone else with an outstanding personality and some customer service skills to represent you. As for Attorney Anderson personally, loved his friendly on hold message that he recorded himself. Your receptionist does NOT represent you well and needs to read HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE! I call a lot of offices in the real estate-foreclosure space and know what a quality receptionist sounds like. You can do better, Mr. Anderson!

I scheduled a consultation for help but I was met with a solid no. He didn't offer alternatives but told me everything I could not do, what would not work. He didn't greet me when he called, he just started talking. I didn't get my full 30 minutes as he was ready to be done with the call ten minutes in. No help at all.
