I think the guy is a genius. He should not just be repairing shoes but designing them. I brought in a pair of Calvin Klein collection flats but before doing so debated whether worth the money since it was poorly designed and the front edge of the shoe was touching the top of my foot and hurting it. The guy added an extra thin layer to the back bottom and added a slightly higher heel to the back which made the shoe way more comfortable. He told me about the higher heel but not about adding the layer and he didn't even charge me extra. Not only that my shoes look like they are new. Worth every penny​ every time. Good job and please stay in business! Please train someone so that this wonderful workmanship can be passed on!! Thank you! Yr loyal customer. I hardly ever give 5 stars so def. fantastic job.

I had been going here for years since it is close and convenient to my work place. I had a squeaky shoe that I took there last week and the woman said to bring it back next week and they would continue the work that I had already paid for but did not fix the problem. I was wearing the shoes at the time and it made sense to return just the shoe. When I asked the cost of the further repair she said it was covered in the cost I already paid. I just went back and the person knew who and what I was talking about but refused to honor the agreement that was made. I like to be a loyal customer but the proprietors also need to honor what is told to their customers. I would not recommend going here.

Great Experience! Greeted by friendly faces and excellent service. Only paid $35 for shoe cleaning and recapping of leather boots. Turn around was only 24 hours. Not too bad and they look great for the amount of wear and tear they had been through. I had made the mistake of wearing my leather boots in de-icing salt and then using car leather wipes on them, resulting in discoloration, and now you can't even tell. Thanks!

This store just repaired my louis vuitton bag yesterday and also my fathers shoes. This is an amazing store, the work done was amazing, he did a full sole replacement and it was done in under 3 hours. I would recommend anybody to come here to repair any bags, shoes or leather items you might have lying around, he will restore them and use the best material.
