Andrea is a true professional who proactively keeps you informed every step of the way and works behind the scenes to ensure the process, often laborious, goes smoothly with no surprises. Her team - and when securing a mortgage there is always a team - is also stellar. Anyone who has ever gotten a mortgage knows that the process is tedious, especially after the bust in 2008. The amount of information required seems ridiculous and as soon as you provided everything, “they” want more. For example, if you pass a statement date, as you will, you have to provide the new info for every source of income or savings. It is just the way it is. Period. Yet for the buyer or refinance, who knows they have exceptional credit, this can prove extremely frustrating. Andrea proactively explains the process, what to expect, the need for patience; she is there with you every step of the way. Always proactively communicating, giving guidance when needed, answering all questions thoroughly. There were times I sought her advice in how to handle issues that arose with the sellers, knowing she has years of experience, and her recommendations were spot on. In addition to her stellar skills, it is an absolute pleasure to work with Andrea. She is polite, professional and extremely responsive.
