Andrea has worked with me three times over the past 7 years. As our business expanded and therefore space needs increased she was able to get us the best deal possible. She can explain terms and why they are important so anyone can understand the process. In addition, Andrea is customer service focused, always available and easy to contact for questions. I would not consider using anyone else.

Andrea impressed with thoroughly crafted arguments that she took to Scottsdale city council members in one on one meetings. She is great to work with, unafraid, and gets the job done.
