Our salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection was great. The location is odd, making it difficult to find and, once there, access. Good store, great prices, good service--if you can find it.

Poor communication. It has been two weeks since the technican left my house and said he would be back in an hour with the part needed for my repair, when he never came back and nobody called, I called them to reschedule and they insinuated I was personally withholding payment. They won’t answer call or text. Not even 30 seconds of their time to give me an update on the situation. Must not need or want the business, since I’ve contacted them several times. Gave an extra star for the technician who works for them - he is super nice and professional and it isn’t his fault they can’t answer the phone.

Our subzero stopped working. Alan was out within a couple of hours, showed up when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got our part ordered. As soon as it came in, he called to set a new time to install it. Again, he arrived at the time he promised, cleaned up as he worked, and had our fridge up an running in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

After the freeze that came with power and water outages our dishwasher stopped working. I wanted to support a local business and I’m glad I found Alan’s. They were very responsive, and were able to come out the same day. Victor came to our home to repair the dishwasher and didn’t stop until the job was complete. I felt I paid a fair price for the service they provided and would recommend them to others and use them again myself.

My boyfriend’s mother who doesn’t use the Internet asked me to put up this review for her. She had difficulties with her refrigerator and called someone from the phone book not Alan who charged her $700 and the refrigerator still didn’t work. She called that man back but he never showed up and stopped answering her calls. She was distressed so I looked on Nextdoor and found Alan highly recommended. Alan came out and fixed her refrigerator. He was so kind and reassuring to her on top of doing great work. She was very impressed and thankful to him for fixing the refrigerator and in a timely manner. He was very fair on prices as well. She has nothing but glowing things to say about her experience with Alan’s Appliance Repair.

He is so talented and honest that I can’t describe. We have a GE Monogram refrigerator that stoped working after 5 years. Ge technician came out and after inspecting it with a beautiful laptop in his hands,told us that the compressor was gone and didn’t worth to repair it. We paid $100.00 for his visit. So before replacing it we called Alan to double check and he told us that the compressor was fine , gave us a super honest estimate of $210.00 for part and labor and diagnostic.He repaired it the day after and from that moment we have been using our refrigerator for 6 more years. He didn’t diagnose it with a beautiful laptop and didn’t ask for $100.00 like the GE technicians. He was just very professional and honest. We super recommend him to everybody. Is the best technician in Houston area.

Purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher. Good price and excellent delivery and setup. The one issue was the dishwasher - the bottom rack was missing one wheel assembly unit which prevents it from rolling out smoothly. Would have thought this would have been identified and fixed prior to delivery. Called and company agreed to send part to my home. For now four stars out of five. Will update once I receive the part.
