I went to the Little Rock location on my lunch break and waited in line for almost 20 minutes to get my food. The speaker for the drive-through is terrible. It’s very low and you can barely understand what is being said. To make matters worse the employee taking the order at the window was dang near whispering. I had to ask her to repeat what she was telling me. I ordered the Andy burger, fries and six piece chicken nuggets. As I waited I took note of the sign hanging in the window that said something along the lines of orders are not premade they are made to order, so they may take longer and you can call in ahead of time. Which is fine because I have no problem waiting if the food is freshly made. I received my food and before I can even pull out of the drive through parking lot I grabbed my fries and they were not only cold but hard like they’ve been sitting for some time. I was unable to turn back around because my lunch break at this point was almost up. Once I got to work I opened up my burger as I normally do and found a small piece of hair inside of the burger on top of the cheese. So not only are the fries in edible but so is the burger. I wasted my lunch time waiting for food that is going in the trash but also my money as well. I tried to call the phone number on the receipt but it is cell phone not a regular business phone and no one was available. I’ll be adding Andy’s to my list of restaurants never to eat at or recommend. That sign about the food being made to order is a lie and needs to be removed.
This place has a good hometown feely vibe to it. However, the food is not that good. I only went because I saw the special. I ordered the three junior burgers. They burger patty was thin as a slice deli meat. The previous visit want that good as well. Maybe I'm trying the work g thing in the menus. I also didn't get correct change back. The wait time was quite long considering it was only one customer in like before me. I waited nearly 15 min for unappealing food.
This out of the way neighborhood diner has delicious food and the prices are awesome. Their biscuits reminds me of my PaPaw's The customer service is always efficient and kind. I have enjoyed every experience.
Friendly staff and food was great
The food was awesome! My cheeseburger& fries were so fresh! The only thing was the drive-thru process & window needed repairs. However, I will use it again. But let's get renovations!!!
Me and my husband went to Andy's for lunch and was not impressed.... I ordered the potato bar and a drink and my husband ordered a double cheese burger, fries, and a drink. My husband was very clear no mayo and the cashier stated she would let them know. We told her we was eating in and she said ok. This was our first time, so we didn't know the process we was to have a seat and wait for them to say our name that would've been good to know. When we got our order mine was a plain potato, so I went to the "so called" potato bar and saw old looking hard bacon bits, dried green onions, a big block of hard butter, sour cream, and broccoli that looked like it was from a frozen bag. Truthfully it was disgusting. No cheese so I asked for some and was given a container on processed liquid cheese that tasked like boxed Mac and cheese sauce WEIRD! My husband's burger had mayo, which was disappointing because we made sure to say NO mayo. He returned the burger to get remade which took about 10 min. He said the burger was just so so, nothing special, just a burger. There was another customer we heard having to take back his chicken sandwich because the chicken was undercooked. I really had high hopes of this place and liked the old wooden look inside. Don't see me coming back though...
The staff is very friendly. I didn't know what type of restaurant this was but I try a new one every Friday. It is all American food. When you walk in you can smell the barbecue and I was kind of limited there because I have to be gluten-free. However they did have some options so I was able to order the smoked pulled pork platter. It was absolutely delicious. There are a large variety of different sandwiches baked potatoes and salads. But for anyone looking for barbecue I went with the mild BBQ sauce and it was very good.
Staff is friendly place is clean food is fresh overall it was a great experienceFood: 4/5
Had two days of In-service nearby Andy’s. Have not eaten out very much since the pandemic but saw Andy’s was open. Used to eat there with family members who enjoyed their food. Attended my in-services, had noticed Andy’s was nearby, went for breakfast and lunch. Scrumptious eggs, bacon, and biscuits and delicious cheeseburgers and salads for lunch—all prepared the old fashion way—homemade! Kind ladies served with wonderful smiles and eager to offer suggestions and please the customer.
I absolutely love Andy's. I usually get a cheeseburger and some fries. Let me tell you both are great. The fries remind me of McDonald's and their chicken nuggets too. But let me say this, both the fries and chicken nuggets at Andy's beat McDonald's any day. Not only are they fresh and hot at Andy's, they're delicious too. They also have other menu items like BBQ and breakfast for you early risers, I just usually stick with the cheeseburger and fries.
