Angel's Jumpers

If I could rate them a zero I would. Jumper showed up 2 HOURS LATE! I called multiple times, most calls went unanswered. However when she did pick up, the lady on the phone would just tell me they were on their way, and that she would call them, then call me back with an update. BUT NEVER CALLED ME BACK. And that she was "out of the country at the moment, so not all calls are going through." Once the delivery men did show up, they brought the WRONG waterslide! We ordered a 18 foot tall waterslide, but they brought a short 12 foot one, then charged us the SAME PRICE! our son's 11th birthday part was about to be completely ruined by this point so we paid the full amount because something was better then nothing at all. While waiting anxiously waiting for the jumper to arrive and a call back, I checked the reviews and wow did this make sense. Seriously order your party need from anywhere but here. They use to be amazing, I've ordered at least 30 jumpers from them in the past I have 4 kids, 4 parties a year and I have never had this kind of service before from them. It's completely unprofessional and unexcusable.

Bouncer, tables and chairs were supposed to arrive at 10am. No show. Called and they said they would call me right back. Didn't happen. I called back again and they said stuff would be delivered between 11:30 and 12. Didn't happen called again, mail box is full. Someone finally called me around 1 pm and said delivery will be 1:30-2:00. I said forget it party over at 3. My grandsons birthday, THANKS FOR NOTHING, but a nightmare

I would give zero stars if that were an option. My friend had a party for her grandson and they never received their jumper or tables and chairs. Scheduled for delivery at 10, no one called or showed. She called them at 11 and said they would call her back, but no. Party started at noon without their delivery. She Called multiple times, but no answer and mailbox was full. Finally she got through at 1 and they said delivery would be at 2... forget it, party would be over soon by then. Thanks for ruining the boys party! I won’t be renting from you guys.

Called to confirm delivery for my wedding 3 days before and disappeared the day of. They did not show up and did not answer their phone. Thanks to them we had no tables and no chairs for our guests to sit at for my WEDDING.

Love Angel's Jumpers! We have been using them for parties for over 5 years now and they have always come through, even last minute or on holidays. They're very quick at setting everything up and very nice. They're prices are great. I will definitely keep using them for our events and recommending them to others.

We ordered tables, chairs and a jumper for a birthday party. They were reliable and helped set up the jumper. Gery unreasonably priced. Will use them again.

Bad service rented combo jumper for kids for Halloween they arrived with jumper unloaded it in my yard started cleaning it and pulled out kids shoes and toys from jumper didn't clean well I had to climb in jumper to clean it first and last experience with this company jumper had wires hanging down from net where kids can get hurt very dirty stained up.

Great service, very kind, got a huge slide and it was so much fun.
