Because of Angela, we now have our dream house! We were looking to buy in a very hot market, and had only two neighborhoods we would consider. Everything that came up needed too much work for the price they were asking or would go under contract immediately, and we were starting to get worried we would never find our house. Angela, because of her great connections in the industry, was able to find us a spec home that was a complete new build in our ideal neighborhood… before it was listed! We were able to work with Angela and the builders to create our perfect house. Her experience with remodels and new builds was invaluable as she was able to walk us through the process of a new build and kept us paying attention to the details that we would likely have overlooked. Angela and her team were very responsive and did everything they could to help us through the process. They worked directly with the title company and our loan officer to make the process smooth and help us understand upcoming dates and deadlines. Would we recommend Angela to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home? Absolutely!! She helped my husband and I find our first home – no easy task, let me assure you! It was the whole team I worked with, Angela, Amber and especially Kerri that made it such a great experience. They were so responsive and helpful through the entire process and I ended up with a perfect home for me and my family. 2017. I worked with Angela again in 2020/21 when we decided to build a home. We had to quickly get our home ready to sell and Angela and team were fantastic. Between the staging and pictures it our house sold the first weekend over asking price. She was also a big help navigating the process with the builder and I felt much more comfortable knowing she was looking out for our interests.
