Caralee and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with as first time home buyers! My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Caralee and she was able to help us find our first home! With the housing market not being great especially with the interest rates increasing Caralee was always so quick to communicate and was able to get us in a house to look at within 24 hours or less of any we sent her that we were interested in. She made the whole experience so easy and with the least amount of stress as possible with it being our first time buying a home. She went over what to expect with us at the very beginning of our search and listened to what we wanted and what was most important to us which made us feel at ease and confident that we could trust her during this experience. I'm a retired builder and I've worked with many realtors over the years and Carelee ranks right up there. What I enjoyed most about Carelee is her work ethic, she wastes no time getting things done, she's on it . She avails herself, by either answering the phone or texting you right back.
