I wish I had taken a before shot of my boots because they looked rough! Thank you for the beautiful work on restoring my favorite Chelsea boots! I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Brought in louboutins to put vibram on the bottom. Came back to destroyed shoes. Stained on the inside and outside. He wasn’t wearing gloves while handling white shoes. Was told that the shoes were bad quality which is a joke. The shoes were very expensive and for a wedding. Had to buy a new pair and take them to a different cobbler. The new cobbler scoffed at the idea of the shoe being bad quality and said no respectable cobbler would make this mistake. He then did an excellent job. If you respect your shoes, time, money, and energy go somewhere else.

New heels this time and they look fantastic. My shoes look better than they did when I first bought them. I always come here for minor or major repairs. Wouldn't look anywhere else.

A dying breed...get some taps on your shoes get some new heels, get that zipper on your favorite bag fixed...show some love before you realize you need them and they are not there.

Savior! I thought I was going to have to get the whole zipper replaced when the teeth stopped catching, or worse replace the whole shoe, but he fixed it quickly right there and charged a modest, reasonable fee!
