I was looking to buy a new reel for a glass rod I recently got, but finding the reel I wanted was difficult! I called up Anglers All and spoke to Blake. He had the reel I wanted, plus gave me some other options that would pair nicely. In the end I went with the original reel I had wanted, but his expertise, knowledge, and customer service was top notch. He also helped me out with choosing the right line for the reel, got it spooled up with backing, and shipped it to me out in SoCal!
I’m new to tying flies & came across these guys online when looking to purchase materials. Very shortly after placing my order I received a phone call from a very nice gentleman thanking me for my purchase & offering his assistance for anything else I may need. Customer service like this goes a long way, this will now be my go to store for all my fly tying needs & I will recommend this shop to all of my friends & family for sure. Thank you guys!
This place has brought back true customer service! I was in shock when I received a phone call to tell me my hoodie has been shipped and was asked if I needed anything else! Super fast shipping, product was great, and included a hand written thank you with a sticker! From now on I will look on their website for whatever I need first. Great job Anglers All !!
Had a phenomenal experience with Blake placing what I felt to be a large Semperfli order with lots of different items. All items being relatively inexpensive. Blake made the process easy and enjoyable. Even though it wasn't an expensive order by any means, they made me feel important and my business valued. Highly recommend.
Anglers All has shockingly good customer service. Astronomically good. I’m wildly impressed! I’ve never seen customer service this prompt, kind and genuine. I ordered a sun hoodie and they called me a few hours later to thank me for my business who does that any more?! Then, when I waffled about my size they made the change instantly and got it to me in two days. Insane. They seem to be a company made up of real humans who actually care!
I have been to this place several times over the years and even recently and the main reason for 5 Stars, CUSTOMER SERVICE! This shop has the best staff that are super helpful AND the highest quality products. I won’t shop anywhere else. Jimmy and Johnny are the best!!!
Recently moved to MT from CO where i am picking up fly fishing. As a beginner in the fly fishing world they've made it incredibly easy to ask questions, get geared up, and suggesting equipment thats in my price range without trying to convince me to increase my price range. Even though i've never been inside the shop the ease of communication via emails and phone calls makes Anglers All my "local" fly shop!
Customer service agent Blake was incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone- well laid out website and the best deal on 5 sites I had searched previously- quick shipping as well! Thanks guys!
Still the "king of the hill" for fly fishing shops in Colorado. There are lots of new kids in Denver but year after year AA consistently delivers on better selection, service and knowledge
Edit: Would give 10 stars if I could. They make you feel welcome. This place has it all. The first fly shop I've been to in Colorado. Probably won't go anywhere else. Staff was very friendly and outgoing; but not trying to upsell you. Very easy to talk to the staff. They kindly switched line with the backing and all to a different reel and switched the retrieve for me on top of it. I came here to get supplies for a trip to Florida and I was pleasantly surprised with their stock. Have everything from size 24 midges to 10 inch pike flies. There is a reason this place has a solid 5 star rating.
