How can this program work if they never answer the phone or call you back? We have called several times for 2 feral cats that need to be spay and neutered now, not in 3 months. I would take them if I could but I can't. A follow-up and an appointment would be nice please.
I used ADLA in Jan. 2022 to spay and neuter a mother cat and her four kittens, all ferals. They were fantastic, I filled out the form on their website and was contacted within a few days. They set up the appointments for the spay neuter surgeries and I borrowed their traps and had all the cats finished in ten days. They were fantastic to work with and they only ask for a $25 donation for each surgery. My own vet was booked for three months and was charging over $400 for one surgery, so I cannot say enough good things about ADLA. If you can afford it, please give them an extra donation, we need to make sure that they can continue the good work they do.
I have been borrowing traps from them for a year and I have TNR'D 8 cats...I have 2 more to go...they geve good advice and really care about animals
Worked with the downtown office for traps and a provider for neutering. Everyone was wonderful. Had to call a few times at one point in the process, but no big deal!
I’ve tried to make several appointments and Celia made it nearly impossible to get these appointments. I didn’t get them, she was rude in her questioning, the questioning was uncalled for, and she never got back to me in the end. You would think an organization representative like this would be supportive of those community members wanting to do TNR! What a joke!
The guy I got the trap from was really nice. The hotline reps were really rude when I was unable to catch the cat
ADLA has been a life saver, with the Ferrell cats in my area. Thanks so much for the help with them. Jacqueline is awesome. I have enjoyed working with her.
Amazing help when trying to take care of the overpopulation of cats and dogs! Would be a 5 star, but sometimes information isn't passed from one person you speak to the other, so can get complicated.
Great dog training classes!
