Excellent all inclusive MMA gym. Kickboxing, boxing, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, they do it all here. Very friendly staff and the owner is a really good guy. I would highly recommend anyone come in and try a class. Ask for Timmy at the front desk and wear gym clothes.

NOT COVID SAFE NO ONE IS WEARS A MASK! No one person is wearing a mask! Zero social distancing full on contact! Zero cleaning! Will be reporting to health department should be shut down immediately!

I’m a Animals MMA black belt I moved to Long Island and I can’t tell you how much I miss training @ animals mma. I’m still looking for a place to train but it’s so hard to find a place like this. The family atmosphere and level of techniques are amazing. Miss you guys
