Ankle and Foot Medical Center

Had an appointment get here on time and it been an hour and I’m still waiting. What the point of having an appointment when you come you still have to wait an hour and more to get called in the back and still have to wait to see the doctor. If you are late you have to reschedule but they think it alright to have to wait

These people will not even answer the phone, options are given as to what number to push for service...the phone is just hung up every time I call...bad

Ditto on the unfriendly front desk staff. Also add unprofessional, uncaring and inefficient! Worst customer service ever. And when you make a mistake own up to it and don’t act like it’s not a big deal because it is!

It is impossible to schedule time with this office. I have a father-in-law with diabetes, and a kidney transplant, who has a referral from UPenn ER and cannot get a call back or someone to schedule an appointment. Have no idea how they make money with this approach.

Waited for an hour and 15 mins still didn’t see the doctor. They want you there early and then leave you sit. My time is valuable too. Several physicians were way behind. Perhaps they should schedule fewer patients. Avoid this place. Small waiting room that’s packed so there’s chairs out in the hall!
