Ankle and Foot Specialists of Hoboken is an estabilished Foot and Ankle podiatric practice headed and owned by Dr. Thomas Azzolini.

Story

Dr. Thomas Azzolini is the Director of the Podiatric Medical Surgical Residency program sponsored by Hoboken University Medical Center, (Hoboken UMC), and Chief of the Podiatry Division. He has been in private practice in Hoboken, New Jersey continuously for more than 25 years. He holds certification from both the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is also a member of professional organizations including the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society.

Dr. Azzolini and his staff provide warm and friendly expert care, always keeping the patients needs and concerns in sharp focus. We want your foot and ankle care to be as stress free as possible. Procedures offered by Dr. Azzolini span a full range of podiatric services. He performs foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and trauma care, as well as specific treatment for issues including bunions, hammer toes, neuromas, sport injuries, computerized orthotic fabrication and pediatric foot deformities.

Dr. Azzolini graduated from the SUNY system at Stony Brook with a B.S. in Biology. He continued his medical education at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated Cum Lade. He then completed a multi-year Podiatric Surgical Residency at Atlanta Hospital.

He took over the three-year residency program in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery sponsored by Hoboken UMC in 1996, which was the same year in which he was appointed as Chief of the Podiatry Division of Hoboken UMC and Director of the Hoboken UMC Podiatry Clinic in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Under his Guidance and with the support of the health system and medical staff, the residency program has become recognized as one of the very best podiatric residences in the nation
