Ann Taylor Factory Store - Las Vegas

You better not return anything at this store. They are tyrants. The woman at the store today insisted that I gave her my driver license & a phone number for the return even though I have my receipt & the item is intact with price tag. When I told her I’m a tourist, she didn’t care. I will not shop at Ann Taylor again.

Every single item in the store seemed to be wrinkled and in need of a steam, even the front window!

Couldn't try on any of clothes because the fitting room was not available. However upon leaving several items, a lady was allowed to go into the fitting room.

Best customer service!!! The ladies here helped me look for smaller sizes of the items I was returning and even helped me find some new items. I highly recommend visiting this store just for the customer service.

Cute store, good clothes and good prices. We went in to find a dress for a friend of mine and she found the perfect one. Quick and friendly service.

Sometimes you find good deal - sometimes you don't. Its hit or miss

Go to place for professional wear. Not a huge store but has enough to offer to be successful shopping.
